Today we had to put our sweet little Sophie down. I was so sad, as I have had Sophie since she was just a kitten. My best friend Laura and I rescued from her from the animal shelter almost 17 years ago, and she has been with me ever since. In the last few months, she has really gone down hill...arthritis, vomiting multiple times a day, tumors, kidney issues, and the poor little sweetie weighed almost next to nothing. It really was "just time". If you ask the boys what happened to her, they will tell you that Sophie was very old, and her body stopped working. I hope that she is in a happier place now. I love you little girl!!!!
