Happy New Year!!!!

The way we celebrate New Years sure has changed since the PB (pre-baby) days, and that's for sure!!! I do so remember getting ready to go out at 8:30 or 9:00pm, hitting some rockin' clubs or a hotel with a fun filled all inclusive evening package, and ringing in the New Year in style.....These days, we do things just a little bit differently...

Last night Stu and I took the boys over to Dave and Busters for an early dinner, and some entertaining game play. For those of you not familiar with D&B's, I guess you could say that it's like an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese. This was the first time the boys had ever been there, and let me say...they really enjoyed themselves in the gaming area. As you play games, you earn tickets, which then can be turned in for prizes. So the boys were having a ball collecting lots and lots of tickets, as Stu played the games. After we were done, we took them into the D&B store, where they each picked out a prize.

We then went home, and put the boys to bed....ate some cookies, drank some tea, looked at new cars online together, and then were in bed by 10:30. WOOHOO!!!! A far cry from days gone by, but then again...life is WAY more fulfilling these days, and I wouldn't change it for anything!
